This is a question that employees like to ask, frequently wondering whether their specific receipt is eligible to claim. The best thing you can do as a plan administrator is to instruct employees to download their coverage list(s).
It is super simple. See the instructions below:
1) The employee needs to log into their online account. If they do not have a password or need a new one, they can go through our password reset process.
2) Once logged in, they can go to the lower right hand of the their screen and click on the "Eligible Expenses" document link(s).
Note: The employee might see either HSA and/or a LSA link, depending on the coverages the company is providing them.
Health Spending Account coverages are determined by Canada Revenue Agency and their authorized list of medical practitioners.
Lifestyle Spending Account coverages are determined by the company.
