Look at the Status column, it will show up as either "Pending," "Adjudicated" or "Paid."
Pending: Your claim is in our que and our team is working on it right now. You will receive an email once the claim has been reviewed.
if you click on a pending claim and it states, "This claim does not contain any receipts entered on-line" this simply means our team is entering the data from your mobile app images online. You do not need to do anything, simply wait for our email in your inbox confirming the status of your claim when it has been reviewed.
Adjudicated: Your claim is processed by National HealthClaim but not paid.
Our automated system assesses each claim individually based on when it was created, processed, and whether certain company related processes are complete for reimbursement to occur.
Only if your claim has stayed in this adjudicated state for over 10 business days, do we recommend contacting your company plan administrator for further details.
Paid: Your claim has been finalized by National HealthClaim. Note: Claims reviewed at $0.00 will still have a paid status. So make sure you review the "Amount Approved" column to see what your claim was settled at.
Go to the first column and click on the individual claim number. This will bring up our team notes for your claim with instructions on resubmission if possible.
