If you get an error message when you try to login at www.healthclaim.com, there are two possibilities going on:
1) Your password is incorrect. Complete a password reset process.
Note: National HealthClaim does not have access to your personal password. Even if you believe your password is correct, we cannot verify this information. So we recommend a password change to reset your account.
2) Your email address (username) is incorrect. Contact your company plan administrator.
Note: Your company plan administrator has entered your email information into our system. Often, they input your company assigned email, which is the one you should be using to login.
It is possible, a typo occurred when your email was entered. Contact your company plan administrator to verify the spelling.
