Set up direct deposit with ClaimSnap, the mobile app
1. When logging into ClaimSnap for the first time, you should have been prompted to enter in your direct deposit information automatically. If you need to review or edit this information, go under “Settings.” Click on “Profile and Banking.”
2. Click on the blue “Edit” button.
3. At the bottom of the screen you will be able to review and/or edit your direct deposit information, as needed.
Set up direct deposit online
1. Log into your account. Can't log in? Troubleshoot that here.
2. Click on "Profile" on your main menu.
3. At the bottom of the page is the Banking Information section. Click “Edit” to enter in new direct deposit information. When complete, select "Save" to finish.
